FSS Systems Inc is seeking a dynamic Senior Procurement Specialist to lead our strategic sourcing and supply chain operations in Bali, Indonesia. As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate high-impact contracts, and align purchasing strategies with business objectives. Responsibility
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality materials and services.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for favorable terms, pricing, and SLAs with vendors and partners.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline procurement processes to reduce lead times and improve inventory turnover.
- Risk Management: Assess supplier reliability, market trends, and geopolitical factors to mitigate disruptions.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor procurement spend, forecast demand, and align purchases with financial targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and legal teams to align procurement with business goals.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and sustainable procurement practices.
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance) and report insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s or CIPS certification a plus).
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to secure cost-saving contracts and build long-term supplier relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to interpret market data, spend analytics, and cost-benefit scenarios.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Communication: Fluent English (written/verbal) with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Agile thinker capable of resolving supply chain bottlenecks under pressure.
