Responsibility
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, bending equipment, or laser cutting systems to produce high-precision components.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately.
- Document production data, including measurements, adjustments, and any deviations from standards.
- Assist in training new team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CNC machining, bending, or laser cutting (entry-level candidates with relevant training are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of G-code, CAD/CAM software, or related programming tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for precision work.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
