Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials and supplies to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Issue materials and supplies to production teams as requested, following established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards to ensure a compliant and hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to comply with all company policies.
