Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
- Participate in the development and review of product specifications and quality assurance plans.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
