Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and contract logistics.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics.
- Proven track record in freight forwarding or contract logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
