Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate desk collection processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits of collection activities to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement corrective actions and enhance process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control findings and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Provide training and guidance to collection staff on best practices and procedural updates.
- Analyze customer feedback and collection performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues related to desk collection activities.
- Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collection processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control, operations, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
