Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial banking clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote AmBank’s products and services, including loans, deposits, trade finance, and cash management solutions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and product specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of banking solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and procedural guidelines.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional banking certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, or relationship management.
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and portfolio management.
