Responsibility
- Analyze sales performance data to evaluate effectiveness of current incentive programs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports for senior management review
- Identify trends and opportunities for incentive structure improvements
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payout calculations
- Design and implement process enhancements for incentive administration
- Conduct benchmarking analysis against industry standards
- Prepare monthly/quarterly incentive performance presentations
- Assist in the development of new incentive programs for product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis or incentive program management
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with banking systems and CRM platforms preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
