Responsibility
- Conduct field surveys and data collection in assigned areas across Bali.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all gathered data, adhering to company and industry standards.
- Document findings in detailed reports and submit them to the Direct Manager in a timely manner.
- Verify and cross-check data to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze survey results and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all collected data.
- Use survey tools, software, and equipment effectively to enhance data collection processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to field surveys.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field surveying, data collection, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data collection tools, GPS devices, and survey software.
- Basic knowledge of financial services or banking industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
