Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account openings, inquiries, and financial needs.
- Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options to meet sales targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions that align with clients' goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with bank policies.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product offerings, and market trends to provide informed advice.
- Participate in local community events and promotions to enhance Security Bank's brand presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Familiarity with banking products, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software; CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
