Central Proteina Prima, a leading name in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of QC/QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to establish quality benchmarks and best practices.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records, is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QC/QA, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing, food, or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant quality standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
