Responsibility
- Inspect and evaluate footwear products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications, and report findings to the production team.
- Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, and functional tests on materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control data for traceability and analysis.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Perform random sampling and batch testing to ensure consistency across production lines.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in footwear or apparel manufacturing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minor defects or inconsistencies.
- Basic knowledge of quality control tools, techniques, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, AQL).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality manuals.
- Proficient in using basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers, rulers, gauges).
- Willingness to work in a production environment and adhere to safety protocols.
