Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of packing operators to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce Quality Control (QC) standards for all packing processes to minimize errors and defects.
- Conduct regular inspections of packed products to verify compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and optimize packing workflows to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages.
- Prepare detailed reports on packing performance, quality metrics, and process improvements for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QC, packing, or production supervision role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve packing-related issues.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or QC software is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
