Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of imported products and incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation for manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Evaluate and audit supplier performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement or corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying trends and root causes of defects to implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions for management review.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and regulatory changes affecting quality control.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or import/export industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, inspection techniques, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret quality metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and quality management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
