SHS Plastics Industries is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our team in Senai, Johor. Responsibility
- Monitor and inspect daily production outputs to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Conduct thorough incoming inspections of raw materials and outgoing inspections of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Identify, record, and report any non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent defects.
- Perform regular calibration checks on inspection equipment and tools.
- Ensure that the workspace adheres to safety and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably in a plastics manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing production team.
