Responsibility
- Oversee and manage Quality Control (QC) documentation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align QC processes with project timelines and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits of project documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all QC-related activities, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of QC reports for internal reviews and client deliverables.
- Identify potential risks or deviations in project quality and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to QC are completed efficiently and in accordance with deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of QC standards, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and project management software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
