Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Implement and maintain logistics policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to logistics and transportation.
- Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and transportation management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
