Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality and timeliness standards.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule and track inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management review.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel) and willingness to learn WMS software.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as operational needs arise.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to adhering to workplace health and safety standards.
