Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure alignment with company targets and capacity constraints.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of PPIC staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on production performance, inventory status, and supply chain metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
