Responsibility
- Conduct thorough quality control and laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with internal safety and quality standards, as well as industry regulations.
- Document and report test results accurately, maintaining detailed records for audits.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and calibrate testing equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
