Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
- Lead a team of quality assurance personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory, safety, and customer requirements before shipment.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a quality control team.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Minitab, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
