Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on products to meet industry and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Document production data, including output quantities, defects, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform routine calibration and setup of machinery according to production specifications.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine operation or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals or blueprints.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and standards (e.g., ISO).
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production schedule.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
