Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production lines to minimize disruptions.
- Follow strict quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and implement best practices.
- Document production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure operational consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar role within the food production or FMCG industry.
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
