Responsibility
- Operate and monitor advanced production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in all operational activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and logistics, to streamline production workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and equipment performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Train and mentor junior operators on best practices, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and tools.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality control standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
