Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on manufactured units to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities in production processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and quality metrics.
- Assist in the development and updating of quality control procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations during inspections.
- Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in quality control (e.g., CQI) is a plus.
