Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform data entry tasks to document inspection results, defects, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Operate basic computer systems and software to generate reports and maintain records.
- Assist in lifting and handling items as needed, with support available for heavier loads.
- Monitor and report on quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all inspections.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring quality issues and potential solutions.
Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent visual acuity for identifying defects.
- Ability to lift and move items (assistance provided for heavy objects).
- Prior experience in quality control, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
