Responsibility
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
- Manage and oversee calibration activities for equipment and instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Control and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards across the facility.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting trends and recommendations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality standards.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, including calibration instruments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management or related fields is a plus.
