Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of laundered items to ensure they meet established cleanliness, stain removal, and presentation standards.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-checking delivery items against customer requests and internal records.
- Document and report any quality discrepancies or damages, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with the production team to prioritize urgent orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control checks, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
- Assist in packaging and labeling items for delivery, ensuring proper handling and protection.
- Liaise with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and resolve any last-minute issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control, order fulfillment, or logistics (preferably in laundry, hospitality, or manufacturing).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in fabric, stitching, or finishing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management systems.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve delivery or quality issues.
