Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online (QBO), including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing, customs compliance, and delivery tracking.
- Assist in product compliance documentation and regulatory adherence for international shipments.
- Provide customer service support by liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports for management review.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or warehouse management roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (office/remote) environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) are advantageous.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
