Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with customs/trade regulations, documentation, and import/export procedures for international shipments.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality assurance, transportation) to resolve logistics challenges and meet delivery deadlines.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipments, reporting metrics to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Boston Scientificâs quality standards in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, preferably in the medical/pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS), ERP software, and barcoding/RFID technologies.
- Strong understanding of customs compliance, trade regulations, and documentation for international logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, to support 24/7 operations as needed.
