Responsibility
- Perform accurate stock taking and inventory management to ensure optimal supply levels.
- Enter and maintain data records in the company’s inventory management system.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing aviation-related supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in handling aviation materials.
- Support shift-based operations, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in inventory management, data entry, or logistics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
