Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and outcomes for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations and certifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
