Responsibility
- Maintain and organize quality records to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Prepare and distribute inspection documents for internal and external audits.
- Update and manage quality data in the company's database systems.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of quality metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Department as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
- Previous experience in a quality control or administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
