Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the depot site, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and coordinate retail, 3PL, transport, warehousing, and last-mile delivery activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and customers to meet demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on depot performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, 3PL, transport, warehousing, or last-mile delivery.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in logistics.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
