Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance product consistency and reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products.
- Lead a team of QA inspectors, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all QA activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QA team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
