Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating production workflows to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing components.
- Route and expedite materials, tools, and documentation to support seamless operations.
- Monitor production schedules and flag potential delays to proactive resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to optimize process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production metrics using ERP or MES systems.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to align on priorities and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders on production performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
