Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality assurance operations to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors, providing training and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, inspection plans, and testing protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and other industry-specific quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising quality control teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
