Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report KPIs, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize logistics processes.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
