Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure all products are processed within standard parameters and specifications.
- Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the workplace.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related concerns and improve processes.
- Document and report quality control data, trends, and findings to management.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate findings clearly.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
