Join a dynamic construction team in Badung, Bali as a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer. This role is critical in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and resolve any deviations from established standards.
This is a contract-based position offering a competitive salary range of IDR 8,000,000 - IDR 12,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction QA/QC, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, materials, and workmanship to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Identify and document non-conformities, deviations, or defects, and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns and ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports, including inspection findings, test results, and compliance status, to stakeholders.
- Monitor and verify the calibration of testing equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
- Train and mentor on-site teams on quality control best practices, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in pre-construction, progress, and final acceptance meetings to review quality plans and resolve potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., SNI, ASTM, ACI).
- Proficient in using QA/QC tools, testing equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
