Join Gamuda Group as a Sustainability Manager and lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives in Bali. Responsibility
- Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with global sustainability standards and local regulations.
- Lead sustainability reporting, including ESG disclosures, carbon footprint assessments, and impact measurements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices into construction and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental laws, corporate governance, and social responsibility frameworks.
- Conduct sustainability audits and recommend improvements to reduce environmental impact.
- Engage with internal and external partners to promote sustainability initiatives and corporate responsibility.
- Drive employee awareness and training programs on sustainability best practices.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management, ESG reporting, or corporate responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and sustainability regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in sustainability (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
