Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for M&E, Civil, or Building projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to verify project progress and cost accuracy.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts for stakeholders.
- Resolve disputes related to contract terms, variations, and payment claims.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E, Civil, or Building projects.
- Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
