Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and analyze quality defects or non-conformities, and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to establish quality control checkpoints and improve process efficiency.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and tools to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, environmental, and product standards).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other QMS frameworks and familiarity with auditing techniques.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, PDCA, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Experience with ERP or QMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Minitab) is a plus.
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or similar are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
