Responsibility
- Assist in conducting quality inspections on electronic components and finished products to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Support the development and implementation of QA test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Document and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities with detailed analysis for root cause identification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, and logistics) to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in preparing QA reports and presenting findings to senior staff for process improvements.
- Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow safety and compliance protocols in all QA activities to maintain workplace standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles, ISO standards, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or specifications.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to team goals.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
