Responsibility
- Inspect and verify the quality of fresh and frozen products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature and storage conditions for perishable goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage bad stock and minimize waste.
- Document and report daily quality checks, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits of storage facilities and transportation processes.
- Assist in training staff on proper handling and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and generate quality assurance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in fresh/frozen food products.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adherence to deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry).
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to operational schedules.
