Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive operational audits of outlets in Bali to assess compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Identify, document, and report audit findings, including areas of non-compliance, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and operational teams to develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit results.
- Monitor the progress of corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Prepare detailed and accurate audit reports for management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Provide training and guidance to outlet staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure our operations remain compliant and competitive.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss audit outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related role within manufacturing, logistics, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with audit management software is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali to conduct on-site audits at various outlets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
