Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, reducing carrying costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
- Implement lean inventory management techniques to improve turnover and minimize waste.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on production performance, inventory status, and KPIs for management review.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in production planning and inventory control.
- Utilize ERP or MRP systems to track materials, work orders, and production progress accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Just-in-Time (JIT), Kanban, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
