Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of QA/QC processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and compliance logs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of materials, products, and processes to identify deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to verify the quality of incoming raw materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with quality control software/tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify quality trends and root causes.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
