Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company SOPs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all production processes.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify defects, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
- Supervise and guide production workers to maintain high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols.
- Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and revision of SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and propose solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Production Supervision, or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Proficient in using quality control tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis software is a plus.
