Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure product and service standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects, non-conformities, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document and report quality metrics, trends, and findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate customer complaints or product returns to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and proposing process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software (e.g., SAP, QMS).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQA, ISO 9001) are a plus.
